Shipping Policy

Shipping from is based on weight in the United States! Please see our Return policy for exceptions. We always strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.

International shipping rates are calculated based on the value of the total purchase. This includes Canada and Mexico.

Most orders placed prior to 12:00pm Pacific Time, Monday - Friday will be processed within 3-5 business days. Orders placed after 12:00pm Pacific Time may not be processed until the following business day. We do not process any orders on weekends or national holidays. Please provide a physical address, as is unable to ship to PO Box locations. All credit cards are verified before shipping. In some cases this may delay shipping dates. Order acknowledgment, processing, and shipping information will be provided to you via email.

Orders may be canceled prior to processing by calling 213-746-5722 during normal business hours. Once orders have been processed they cannot be canceled.

Return Policy

Love Token is happy to exchange domestic orders or issue store credit for non-sale returned merchandise within 30 days of delivery confirmation. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Store credit will be issued directly to the customers account after the item has been received for return restocking fees may apply depending on condition.

Some Things to Consider

Returned clothing must be unworn, unwashed, be free of defects and have all original tags attached. Returned merchandise should include the Love Token packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a tracking number to ensure the package does not get lost in the mail we are not responsible for packages lost during transit.  If merchandise is returned without meeting the above requirements it will not be accepted and the customer will be charged for all shipping expenses.

Regular Merchandise

There is a 3 item exchange limit for non-sale merchandise after which no further exchanges will be made originating from the same order. This means you may only exchange up to 3 items per order.

Sale Merchandise

Store credit will be given for items returned within 30 days of delivery confirmation. There are no cash refunds for sale items. There is a one (1) item exchange limit for merchandise on sale after which no further exchanges will be made originating from the same order.


All clearance sales are final, there are no exchanges or store credit for clearance items.


Love Token does not offer refunds on gifts; however we are more than happy to exchange the item. If you have received an item as a gift and you would like to exchange it you may do so for a store credit and make another purchase at your own discretion. This must be done within 30 days of purchase. Gift returns made after the 30 day time limit will be subject to Love Token’s discretion. Please email us before shipping if you find yourself in this predicament.


Love can only accept returns and exchanges that were purchased at the website. Love Token cannot waive or refund shipping charges for returned merchandise. If an order is returned, Love Token will credit the entire order back minus the full amount for the cost of shipping. If 3 or more items are returned from a particular order, a restocking fee of 15% will apply.
